These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Go&Glow website and your participation in our events, services, and activities. By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending any Go&Glow event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not attend our events or use our services.

1. About Go&Glow

Go&Glow is a community-led events initiative creating safe, inclusive spaces for connection, wellbeing, and social experiences. For enquiries, please contact:

2. Eligibility and inclusivity

Go&Glow events are designed as women-focused spaces. By attending, you confirm that you identify as a woman or non-binary person. We explicitly welcome trans women and gender-diverse people within our community.

 

We reserve the right to refuse entry where an attendee does not meet the intended eligibility or where their presence may compromise the safety or comfort of others.​

3. Event bookings and payments

  • Tickets must be purchased or reserved in advance unless otherwise stated

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£)

  • Payment is required at the time of booking

  • Tickets are valid only for the specified event and date

  • We reserve the right to amend pricing or availability at any time prior to purchase.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:​

  • Missed events cannot be refunded or transferred

  • Booking fees are strictly non-refundable in all circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, rescheduling, or failure to attend the event

  • We are unable to offer refunds for personal scheduling conflicts or non-attendance

  • Event tickets are non-refundable in all circumstances, except where the event is cancelled by us or where otherwise specified.

5. Photography and videography

We may capture photographs and videos during events for marketing, promotional, and community purposes, including use on our website, social media, and printed materials.

By attending a Go&Glow event, you consent to being photographed or recorded.

If you prefer not to appear in any media, it is your responsibility to inform a member of the Go&Glow team at the event. We will take reasonable steps to respect your preference.

6. Personal responsibility and safety

By attending an event, you acknowledge that:

  • participation is voluntary

  • you attend at your own risk

  • you are responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and personal belongings

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go&Glow accepts no liability for:

  • loss, theft, or damage to personal property

  • injury or loss arising from participation in activities

7. Behaviour and community standards

We are committed to creating welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environments.

By attending, you agree to:

  • treat others with respect

  • follow instructions from organisers

  • behave in a safe and appropriate manner

  • refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour

We reserve the right to remove any attendee without refund if their behaviour compromises the safety or experience of others.

8. Website use and intellectual property

All content on our website, including branding, text, images, graphics, and media, is the property of Go&Glow unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and process data.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or attendance at events constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
