Every week, we organise a range of community-led events designed to support your mental and physical well-being while giving you the chance to connect and make meaningful friendships along the way.

From gentle, restorative gatherings to fun socials, our events are designed to help you feel good and meet like-minded girls in an inclusive and welcoming space.
